Shipping Timeframe

Processing typically completes within 48 hours (excluding weekends/holidays), though custom-made items or peak seasons may require 3-5 days. Transit durations vary by destination: urban centers often receive shipments faster than rural areas due to carrier routing patterns. Seasonal weather or carrier backlog may occasionally extend delivery windows, in which case automated tracking updates will keep you informed.

Shipping Costs

We offer the following shipping options: Standard Shipping (10-15 Business Days): $0-$60; Free Shipping (10-15 Business Days): $60-$9999. Expedited services are available at checkout for time-sensitive deliveries. Note that bulkier specialty footwear may incur dimensional weight charges, which will be clearly displayed before payment.

Shipping Regions

Currently serving the contiguous United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. We also ship to Canada, the UK, and EU nations with applicable duties. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to APO/FPO addresses, PO Boxes, or jurisdictions with footwear import restrictions (e.g., certain tropical regions prohibiting leather products). Customers in remote islands or mountainous territories should contact [email protected] for feasibility checks.

Order Tracking

Upon shipment, you'll receive a confirmation email with a live tracking link and carrier contact details. Our system also logs each scan event—from warehouse dispatch to final-mile delivery attempts. For consolidated orders with multiple footwear types, some items may ship separately with individual tracking numbers noted in your account dashboard.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

While rare, delays can occur due to customs inspections, incorrect addresses, or extreme weather. If your tracking shows no movement for 7+ business days or the status remains "Pending" beyond processing estimates, please contact [email protected] with your order number. We'll initiate carrier investigations and, if necessary, reship replacement footwear at no cost (subject to inventory availability).

Customs & Import Duties

International customers are responsible for all customs fees, VAT, or footwear-specific tariffs imposed by their country. These charges are typically collected upon delivery and vary based on material composition (e.g., leather vs. synthetic) and declared value. We recommend consulting your local customs office for current rates—under-declaring values violates international trade laws and voids our delivery guarantees.
